The Curriculum and Assessment (Wales) Act 2021 requires the Welsh Ministers to issue a Progression Code. It sets out the way in which schools and settings must make provision for learner progression in the development, adoption and implementation of their curricula. We are consulting on the draft proposals for the content of that code.
