Our Contractors

Norfolk Warm Homes works with pre-vetted contractors who work to government building standards, which are PAS2030:2019, MCS and Trustmark.

All installers working on the project work with retrofit assessors and coordinators to make sure they’re working to the PAS35:2019 standard for Trustmark lodgement upon completion of any work.

Once your eligibility for a heating and insulation grant has been confirmed, we will refer you to selected contractors to do the following:

1. A Retrofit Assessor to survey your property in line with retrofit industry standards.

2. A nominated installer to survey your property for suitability of energy efficiency measure(s). They will do work on your behalf.

3. A Retrofit Coordinator will work alongside all contractors and after the work has been completed, will make lodgement on the TrustMark Data Warehouse.
