The NWG Coordinators and Practitioners forum has been running successfully for many years with good attendance and great opportunities for sharing practice and networking. The NWG is keen to ensure this continues and we want to make sure that the forum is effective for all those attending.
We have therefore reviewed the forum and are pleased to introduce a new name and Terms of Reference.
The forum is now called the NWG (Child Exploitation) CE Partnership and Practice Learning Forum. The forum is for those with a responsibility for tactical and operational response to child exploitation, delivered through partnership working. This will include learning from multi-agency reviews, research and practice and we welcome inputs from network members with the aim of sharing and promoting emerging and promising practices. We aim to create a space and opportunity for professionals to take time out, pause and reflect, and share challenges and barriers through a solution focussed lens. We are keen to provide a platform to learn about new initiatives and for networking through dedicated breakout discussions, with the aim of identifying new and improved ways of working at a local level for practice and system development and ultimately better services for children and their families.
