The European University of Post-Industrial Cities (UNIC) is a unique alliance of eight universities in post-industrial cities that all face similar challenges and opportunities in terms of mobility, inclusion, and diversity. UNIC alliance is established within the scope the European Universities Initiative framework of European Commission.

The UNIC alliance reflects a strong European post-industrial identity by shaping a new generation of Europeans able to cooperate and work within different European and global cultures, in different languages, and across borders, sectors and academic disciplines.

UNIC Student Representatives

Representation and integration of the student perspective in the UNIC activities is ensured by UNIC Student Board.  The board formed by student representatives from each UNIC university is in charge of discussing, advising and consenting on university-wide plans.

UNIC student representatives act as a bridge which enables a smoother mobility experience by providing a basis for exchanging experience, information and knowledge between the students in different UNIC universities.
