On my Samsung, the apps itsme verification did not work initially. I could verify with itsme, yet the app never got the response and consequently did not show any result. This was because my default browser was samsung internet. I had to adjust the phone settings to use Chrome as the default browser. After that the verification worked well.

Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, it was not possible to sign in without Chrome. In the meantime, we have provided Itsme app2app authentication. As a result, Chrome is no longer needed. Are you considering a higher score?

I installed the app on recent android smartphone. I can connect to the ehealth site on pc, but when I try to obtain the certificates on the smartphone an error message occurs: "no certificates found. The chrome app has requested a certificate. Choosing a certificate will let the app use this identity with servers now and in the future. The app has identified the requesting server as certif.iamfas.belgium.be but you should only give the app access to the certificate if you trust the app" + install certificate => next screen shows "no items" and no further explanation ...

Mandatory installation of Chrome. Why? Other browsers are perfectly capable. An app designer who limits themselves to only one third party browser, is doing half their job. I will not be installing this app for the moment. Hopefully v.2 will fix this mandatory installation. Sloppy programming. Edit: they seem to have removed the necessity for Chrome. Here's an extra star.

Dear Johan, due to technical limitations of non-standard browsers it was impossible to implement this flow without Chrome browser. We need to be redirected into the application with a security token. Other browsers simply do not support this. Now you can log on directly with itsme. Do you consider a higher score now?
