Discover workouts that will entertain you and you will achieve your goals with them! In the JEDUNAVÝKON application, you will find new, diverse, fun trainings from certified trainers every week, which will ensure you constant progress. A video library with 1000+ exercises, professionally compiled training plans and a community of girls who have the same mindset as you will help.

In the application you will find three training programs: #HOME, #RUNNING and #PRIME.

At #HOME, you can get into your body every week, even from the comfort of your home - without the need for a ton of tools.

- Ideal if you want or need to exercise from home
- five brand new workouts per week (top / bottom strength, intervals, gymnastics, fitness, fullbody, mobility)
- designed for beginners and advanced
- one workout takes about 30-45 minutes
- without the need for special aids, a washer and resistance rubber are enough

#RUNNING in turn causes a love of running and fast legs. In other words, you will fall in love with this running program also because you will find that progress in running can be achieved in a different and more pleasant way than you were used to.

- ideal for those who run for fun, but also for racers
- five brand new workouts per week (intervals, endurance, strength & regenerative trot)
- designed for beginners and advanced - the plan is adaptable to your level
- without the need for special aids (but we recommend quality shoes & sports watches)
- one workout takes about 45-75 minutes

Sophisticated training in the gym, thanks to which you will be stronger every week, "gymnastic" and with better condition is #PRIME.

- Ideal if you want to train in the gym and be strong
- five brand new workouts per week (weightlifting, top / bottom strength, gymnastics & fitness)
- designed for those who can already handle squats, deadlifts and strict axial pressure
- without the need for special aids (but we recommend quality shoes)
- one workout takes about 70-80 minutes

TRAININGS FOR ALL PERFORMANCE LEVELS
Whether you opt for any program (or just combine more of them), you can always be sure that:
- Every week you will find brand new, meaningful & fun trainings in the application
- It will always be clear to you what to do and how to do the exercise correctly
- you will always have the opportunity to adapt your training if you are just starting training, even if you are a matador
- you will not be alone in this - you will always have a community of girls behind you, with whom you will support each other
