Run of the mill consumer ,

Crucial teachings for a controlled & happy life

Provides a simple well articulated understanding of our most important organ. Empowering people to master their mind mastering their thoughts & emotions. Providing a platform to improve our malleable brains which as a bi product provides a happier healthier life style.

Also giving proven advice on nutrition, we take for granted our brain and expect it to look after itself where this podcast gives you the teachings that it is the opposite . We look after our Brain than I’ll brain will look after us.

Should categorically be lessons we learn from our adolescent years ! Which would ensure a healthier breed of human being.
