I have learned on the Self Care in Challenging Times course not to procrastinate and I now deal with issues as opposed to ignoring them which then caused me stress. I use and add to my coping toolbox which has proved invaluable in enabling me to deal with negative thoughts which I can now dismiss easily. I am on my phone less and take time to meditate or sit in the garden which is much more therapeutic to me. I have started a journal, made time for myself and made plans with my friend all of which I was previously not doing. I would say that Siobhan and this course has been life changing for me. Thank you Siobhan. June 2022

5 week Yoga for Stress Relief Course- Siobhan was great. This isn’t the kind of yoga I’ve done before and at first I found it a bit slow, but I realised very quickly that this was exactly what I needed - to slow down, stop thinking so much, and try to relax more. Siobhan always made sure she watched what we were doing on Zoom, so that she could correct our posture and ensure we were practicising yoga safely.
