FIG Media Manager

What's changed from the previous version?

It concerns me if I am a journalist, photographer, radio commentator, press agency or blogger.

For you, nothing changes expect for the appearance of our media portal.

Your account has been transferred over to the new system together with your log-in (your email). Your password remains the same. Your history has been moved across too.

If you don't have an account, you can create one via the home page by going to 'Register a new journalist or photographer'.

  • Enter your log-in details to connect to your account.
  • Once you are logged in, the system will offer you a list of events which are open for accreditation requests (each square represents an event)
  • Click 'Register now' for your chosen event and fill in all the fields to submit your request.
  • To consult your active requests and history, scroll down the 'My Account' menu and select 'View my accreditations'.
  • To modify your personal account, scroll down the 'My Account' menu and choose 'Modify my account'.

If you have lost your password, use the Password recovery function on the home page but DON'T CREATE a new personal account.

If you need any help, please get in touch with us via the contact form and choose 'FIG Communications & Media Dpt' as your message destination. We will be pleased to help you.

It concerns me if I am part of a broadcast company.

Accreditations for television have fundamentally changed from the previous version of the system.

No personal account has been moved over to the new system (for HB, RT, ENR functions) since henceforth staff on site at an event no longer have a personal account but a business one.

Each television channel must now create a new business account with their company name. This can be reached from the home page under 'Register a new television channel'.

You are strongly advised to put :

  • A generic email which can be used as a log-in (example : info, office, etc.).
  • The main telephone number of your company.
  • the country where your company's main office is found.

Once your account has been created, you can connect to your business page.

  • Enter your log-in details to connect to your account.
  • Once you are logged in, the system will offer you a list of events which are open for accreditation requests (each square represents an event).
  • Click on 'Register now' for the event in question and search for your staff on the list of people given. If, and only if, you can't find the member of staff you're looking for, you can add them by clicking 'Add a new staff member'.
  • To consult your active requests and history, scroll down the 'My Account' menu and select 'View my accreditations'.
  • To modify your business account, scroll down the 'My Account' menu and choose 'Modify my account'.

If you have lost your password, use the Password recovery function on the home page but DON'T CREATE a new business account.

If you need any help, please get in touch with us using the contact form and choosing 'FIG TV & Marketing Dpt' as your message destination. We will be pleased to help you.
