Our Engineering IP vacancies provide opportunities for undergraduate engineers to join engineering and manufacturing teams working on productivity improvement and capitalising on investments made.  The nature of the work is varied, which means that it is often possible to allocate it according to the type of engineers recruited and their specific interests, as well as current business needs; this ensures the placement is relevant to you, as well as adding value to the business.

It is important that IPs reach their full potential both personally and professionally, while making a real contribution to the bottom line, so they are provided with the perfect learning environment of innovation, motivation, responsibility and support.  They will receive on and off the job training, mentoring and coaching, in a real life, challenging work setting, and if they have a really good year with us, they could be fast tracked to our Operations Graduate Training Scheme on graduating.

The recruitment process will consist of a telephone interview, a video interview and an in person assessment centre, and it will be complete by Dec 2022 with offers made for a September 2023 start.  Relationship building is key to success in our business, and this starts at the recruitment stage – all screening, emails and interviews are undertaken by a ‘real’ person, so there is a human connection throughout.  Feedback will be given on request for all stages after telephone interview.
