The University of Southampton is an inspirational place to work and it is an incredibly exciting time to join as we implement our Triple Helix strategy. Careers, Employability and Student Enterprise (CESE) works closely with our faculties, schools and departments to ensure our students and graduates make the most of the wonderful education and experience they receive here and translate that into successful outcomes

CESE assists students and graduates to plan their future career paths and develop their employability skills so they can embark on successful graduate careers or further study.  CESE also supports students to set up their own business or social enterprise, become freelance/self-employed or develop essential enterprising skills.

Now is a fantastic time to join our team – we’ve got very exciting and ambitious plans at the University. We are expanding from 35 to approximately 55 staff over the next few months, and we are looking to welcome a diverse range of colleagues across many different roles as we grow and develop to help us achieve those plans. If you’re excited about our mission and can bring enthusiasm, transferable skills and determination, we’d love to hear from you.
