We're seeking talented Information System graduates to join our graduate programme. You'll gain excellent personal and professional development, while supporting us across the operations, configuration and implementation of client projects.
Over two years, you'll complete four six-month placements within our Information Systems function: Business Systems, Infrastructure and Operations, Service Delivery, Planning and Project Management. In addition, you'll be assigned a mentor to support you in developing various skills and capabilities for each department.
Once your placements are complete, you can apply for a permanent role in one of the teams based on your strengths, preferences, and business requirements.
What we’re looking for
While success is important to us, we like to go about our business in line with our RIGHT Way values. So, you’ll be passionate about your STEM discipline, a creative problem solver, innovative and a team player who has;
- An accredited Bachelor’s degree (2:1 minimum) in Computer Science or similar along with work experience (minimum one year) on placement or in industry.
- Knowledge of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS as well as ITIL and IT Service Management
- Knowledge and ideally experience in IT Architectures, Infrastructure, Networking, IT Security and Databases.
- A passion for learning and contributing to a great working environment.
