This company is truly one of the best…

This company is truly one of the best I’ve ever dealt with direct to them and you’ll get very good service five star delivery, five star back up and the most important five star price so don’t waste your time trolling through loads of pages on the Internet by direct from them, they are truly one of the best, if not the best seller of these items on the Internet

Love my bathroom tv

Love my bathroom tv. It stopped working after a couple of months. Customer service has been fab dealing with situation. Sent me out a new power pack and tv works again. Super efficient and friendly. Can highly recommend.

Excellent technical help and customer service

Had fabulous help from Sarason. Our TV started to play up and it was almost out of warranty, but Sarason arranged to have the TV picked up from our home, inspected it, resolved the situation fully and we now have a TV which is working perfectly. Great customer service

Great customer service, really helpful!

After buying my bathroom TV a couple of years ago but never using it due to not moving into the house until recently, my remote control stopped working. When I called to ask for help, the team were really helpful and understanding. They are sending me a new one so I can sit back and relax in the bath and watch my tv forever more.

Purchased 24 inch bathroom TV in mirror…

Purchased 24 inch bathroom TV in mirror looks Nice and picture quality is excellent. I thought there was issue with sound email them was very quick to response and offer solutions was my fault not taken plastic over the speakers It has the build in WiFi and Bluetooth so good value for money . I believe that going forward if I was to have issue this would be resolved speedy after care I have has is professional and quick .
I am happy with purchase I haven’t had tv long enough to say how long it will last but if it does I will be very happy

Great TV and Customer Service

The Tv from Sarason looks great in the bathroom and works really well. Mounted and fitted with ease. It’s always a talking feature for people visiting our house. Customer service has also been great and quick response

Had TV fitted a little over a year ago…

Had TV fitted a little over a year ago and have been unable to update channel list. Called, emailed to find fix and also need another remote as it stopped working after 3 months and still not got anywhere. Perhaps they got customer service training from same place as BT.

I bought a bathroom TV from them a while back

I bought a bathroom TV from them a while back. Whilst it does function. The level of performance and quality of the TV is questionable with how poorly it seems to function once turned on.

The main user interface that is bundled with the device is slow and doesn't always respond to user input. Or when it does it takes about 1 second. This makes it infuriating to open any app. However when an app is finally opened it suddenly begins to work fine.

Installing apps is awkward as it's a subset of one's they have approved or something? Trying to find certain useful apps gives you a generic message saying it isnt available on this device. Frustrating when I want to cast from another device and can't.

Would have been much better and convenient if the whole product was not needlessly locked down.

On the plus side. I can say that it fits and looks nice on the wall. A very expensive mirror if you want to buy one.

Good value for money

Purchased 19” bathroom TV in black. Very easy to instal and picture quality is excellent. It has the benefit of WiFi and Bluetooth so good value for money compared to other manufacturers. It hasn’t yet passed the test of time but if it proves to be reliable for a good number of years then I would have no hesitation to recommend it.

Great tv

Great tv, picture perfect. The service by the company was fantastic. Company replaced remote control when there was an issue with it. This was posted straight away. I would definitely recommend this product and company .

Fantastic service and great product.

Fantastic service and great product.
TV was fitted in bathroom just over 12 months ago and worked well with no issues. Recently joined Netflix and attempted to access it on bathroom TV but wouldn’t play.
Contacted Jay who identified that it needed a software update which was sent by email very quickly. The only issue for me was the fact that it needed to be downloaded onto a USB stick which was difficult for us as we only have iPads (NO fault of Sarason...).
Jay patiently monitored our progress and was very helpful as the update took place.
We now have a fully functioning waterproof TV which looks good on the wall, on or off.
Jay went above and beyond and we would certainly buy from Sarason again.

Super product which helped with seller…

Super product which helped with seller really making the extra effort to help guide on best fixture and fitings.

Firstly I rarely leave reviews however, Amazing after care, I purchased a TV for my Bathroom over a year ago and the remote stopped working for some reason. I rang their customer service who swiftly sent me out a complimentary Remote and pleased to say all is working.

Service and Web Site Easy to Follow

I contacted Jay from Sarason about which TV model to purchase and whist we only communicated via email the response time was exceptional.

We have now purchased 2 x 22inch TVs and we are very excited, hopefully they will arrive on the 5th February 2021 and we can watch TV in the bath.

We will send a further update on the quality and performance once the TVs are fitted.

Excellent company

Excellent company. Good customer service. Brought a TV 18 months ago and still looks and works great. The remote stopped working a few weeks ago and the company sent me one straight away free,how fantastic is that?? Will always use them in future and recommend to others.

Great products, prices and service

Really good products at great prices and a fantastic service. We had an issue with the TV we bought for the bathroom (our own error) we gave them a call and they talked us through what we were doing wrong in a couple of minutes. Tv works great and looks fantastic in our new bathroom.
