This user guides explains steps that a supplier need to follow to view a bid posted, to revise and resubmit it when needed, and to retrieve information from the portal. In particular it covers the following sections:

 

  1. How to view bid responses posted in the system;
  2. How to revise a bid response after it has been posted;
  3. How to re-submit a bid response after a negotiation has been amended;
  4. How to withdraw a bid response;
  5. How to view and retrieve information from a posted bid.
