This questionnaire was developed as part of the research project SINOVPROC (Development of a Conceptual Process Model and Metrics Framework for Social Innovation) - http://sinovproc.dps.uminho.pt/

Based on the available literature on the topic of Social Innovation (SI), we identified a set of thirty-four indicators. We considered that these indicators can be focused at organization, community or national levels.

As an expert working in the field of SI, we kindly ask you to give us your opinion on this set of indicators, namely in which dimension the indicator can be better classified and to assess those indicators according to four criteria.

The questionnaire lasts approximately 25 minutes. There are no right or wrong answers. It is important that you read carefully and answer all questions.

Participation in this research is voluntary, so you may refuse it or decide to stop filling out the questionnaire at any time if you wish.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, all information is confidential and used for academic purposes only. The processing of the information will be carried out in aggregate form, without individual specification.
