Physicist survey

Welcome to the ESTRO survey of Ru-106 Eye Applicator use for physicists. This survey is intended for physicists who work at clinics that provide a Ruthenium applicator service.

With this work, the BRAPHYQS working group in GEC-ESTRO is conducting a survey of Ruthenium ocular eye plaque practice. It comprises of a physicist survey and a physician survey. This is the physicist survey. Completion time is approximately 8 minutes. Do not use the "back" button of your browser while filling in the survey - this may delete your responses - rather, step through the pages using the "previous" and "next" buttons.

We hope that at each hospital using plaques, both surveys will be filled in. The physician survey can be found here

Your response will help us to build a picture of global Ruthenium eye applicator practice. We aim to share the results of these surveys in a format which anonymises individual clinics. In addition we believe that knowledge of the patterns of practice will be useful to clinical staff, thereby making it easier for us all to carry out optimal clinical practice.
