Research Description

Elizabeth Hoover is an associate professor in the Department of Environmental Science, Policy and Management.  Her research interests and learning activities center around food and seed sovereignty, environmental health, and prescribed fire. She has published articles about food sovereignty, environmental reproductive justice, the cultural impact of fish advisories, tribal citizen science, health social movements, and cultural and social associations with fire.
