This session will offer tips for managing stress and anxiety, given the current circumstances around COVID-19. Speakers from APA, Dr. Lynn Bufka (Associate Executive Director) and Dr. Vaile Wright (Director of Clinical Research and Quality) will provide guidance on how to manage anxiety due to uncertainty, coping mechanisms for having to adapt to a new way of communicating and the importance of establishing routines. We’ll also discuss ways to deal with negative news and tips for maintaining a positive outlook during these challenging times.
