OBJECTIVES & FUNCTIONS


CHÔRA was founded with the intent to operate as a non-profit Stichting holding itself accountable to its long-term objectives as stipulated in the Deeds of Incorporation (English version/Dutch version) of the Foundation.

The objective of the Foundation is to help people and organisations in a world of rapidly increasing complexity through strategic and transformative innovation, with the aim to promote environmental protection and the well being of mankind in the broad sense by achieving socio-economic impact in the field of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

The Foundation attempts to achieve these objects, among other things, by: 

  • Holding, curating & evolving a knowledge ontology to promote a cascading set of processes & tools so that they can be nested in human social systems with transformational intents to be constantly generative of response & renewal effects.

  • Enacting a SpaceFORM, an open & dynamic multi-sided platform that at its core has a strategic design capability that seeds & structures Portfolios of Strategic Innovation Options that perpetually source robust & persuasive change Arguments & Solutions.

  • Educating, delivering experiences that develop collective & individual capabilities, journeys of the mind & of discovery, coaching about strategy, leadership, complexity & meaning to foster a pragmatic, adaptive, intelligent, coherent approach to self-determination.
