Enlighten Learning Trust is anticipating a period of growth, offering the exciting opportunity to work shaping a financial service that will support the schools within the Trust as well as with those schools who may wish to join the Trust by working in partnership with them during a period of transition.
We are seeking to employ a colleague who will work with finance staff across all locations, developing innovations and providing a service that will assist in school support and change management. The focus of the service delivery will be on enabling the long-term personal fulfilment of our students, teaching and support staff, taking opportunities to work with the wider education community where they present themselves.
We are therefore looking to appoint a qualified and experienced Financial Manager to support the Chief Financial Officer achieving this vision. You may be qualified through a professional route e.g AAT, or be able to offer evidence of high level understanding of relevant business disciplines.
The core purpose of this role will be to provide financial and accountancy services to the Trust, complying with governing statutory responsibilities.
