Data Driven COVID-19 Care Models

NHS England and Improvement are going to be holding virtual challenge huddles to discuss COVID-19 data and analytics activity at a national and local level. These huddles will provide an opportunity to share, discuss best practice, build networks and ask questions.

Data Driven Care Models is the eighth topic to be covered in the series of Data and Analytics COVID-19 Challenge Huddles.

The draft agenda for the Data Driven Care Models during COVID-19 virtual huddle is as follows:

• National update: developing population health management approaches to supporting those at higher risk of COVID-19
