This session provides an introduction to the essential components in project management, with a focus on how these can be applied to the PhD environment.
The session will look at the following aspects:

The purpose and aims of good project management

Assessing your personal preferences vs project needs

Creating a project plan through task lists, estimating times and creating Ghant charts

Risk management
This workshop offers opportunities to gain skills outlined in the RDF subdomains B2 and C2.
