The aim of the Connected Futures programme is to join up services at a local level so that young people furthest from the job market receive good quality, consistent support that understands their complex needs.
Youth Futures will be committing £6.1 million over the next two years to provide funding to generate better outcomes for young people. To be successful, partnership applications must be strong advocates of Youth Futures’ mission and our ‘what works’ evidence-based approach - and be able to demonstrate the role they will play in helping us to achieve it. We envisage funding 6-8 bids for up to 18 months, then making longer-term commitments to 2-4 bids.
We will be facilitating a workshop on Wednesday 8th December at 10am for prospective applicants to hear more about the Connect Futures Fund, frequently asked questions and the opportunity to ask any questions you may have in relation to this opportunity.
