We know from these past network sessions and conversations with the DIN Community that every organisations transformation journey is different - from what drives them to how they are run and every thing in between.
In this session we will explore two very different Transformation paths.
First up a transformation approach that has had customers at the helm throughout. Steve Allcock, Director of Customer Experience & Digital Innovation will share Johnnie Johnson's approach which has very clearly had customers all over it!
In the second half our session will focus on when things get tough and knowing when to put the brakes on and take a transformation pause. With pressure to deliver and the credibility and commercials at stake this is a courageous decision. We talk to Ann-Marie Spencer, Director of Technology, Innovation & Change at Yorkshire Housing about the her experience, both in and out of sector, of how to approach that bold step of pausing and more importantly how to relaunch.
What is the leaders of transformation network?
The Leaders of Transformation Network is free to join for DIN members, it's all part of the subscription fee. Meeting virtually, the network is an interactive forum for people with responsibility for leading transformational programmes and initiatives for their organisation. This will be an opportunity to contribute, learn and support each other on your transformation journeys. Network members will be expected to share information about their organisational priorities and experiences to tease out challenge, success factors, blockers and un-blockers and common themes.
Our Network Director
The Transformation Leaders network is led by DINs Associate Director, Helena Moore.
She is accomplished in developing and changing organisational culture and alignment to strategy and purpose through new approaches to leadership, effective communications, engagement and collaboration. A combination that brings about change that people buy into and strengthens business performance.
Since 2011, Helena has been involved in consultancy assignments predominantly working with global innovation companies supporting agendas around leadership development, cultural change and customer experience across a number of sectors including pharmaceutical, utilities, engineering and hospitality sectors.
