Mental Health, Wellbeing and Preventing Suicide

This event is brought to you by Civil Service Local's Diversity and Inclusion networks and has been led by colleagues in Northeast Yorkshire and Humber.

If U Care Share was founded in 2005 after Daniel O’Hare took his own life at the age of 19. The charity aims to prevent suicide and supporting those bereaved by suicide. This session will be a introduction to the importance of mental health wellbeing and why this is so important
