Kultch-Ed (The School of Social Sciences) is sponsoring a performance of The Beekeeper of Aleppo at Nottingham Playhouse, meaning S3 students and staff can attend for FREE! Delicious (also FREE!) Middle Eastern food will be provided for students prior to the performance.
Food will be available from 17:00 onwards and the performance will start at 19:30.
The Beekeeper of Aleppo explores a Syrian couple's dangerous journey as they flee the civil war in their country. A thoughtful exploration of the importance of love and home.
Winner of the Aspen Words Award and one of The Times top three bestselling books of 2020, Christy Lefteri’s best-selling novel has its world premiere in a brand new adaptation.
The production will be directed by Olivier Award winning Miranda Cromwell (Death of a Salesman – Young Vic, Piccadilly Theatre and opening on Broadway in September).
