Whitstable Biennale 2022 Opening Day Bus

Our special bus service will travel from London to Whitstable and back on the first day of the festival.

The bus will leave from Bethnal Green Underground station in the morning to take you to Whitstable and return you back at the same place in Bethnal Green in the evening.

The return journey will also stop off in Seasalter, near Whitstable, for a performance of Nicole Bachmann’s shell of hope, in cycles on the beach.

The pick up and drop off point is Bethnal Green Underground station, Cambridge Heath Road, London E2 0ET.

Departure and arrival times

• 10:00 – Depart from Bethnal Green, London.

• 11:30 – Arrive in Whitstable.

• 16:45 – Depart from Whitstable.

• 17:00 – Arrive in Seasalter for Nicole Bachmann's performance .

• 18:00 – Depart from Seasalter.

• 19:30 – Arrive back at Bethnal Green, London.
