Introduction to Inclusive Practices

The parent workshop entitled: Introduction to Inclusive Practices, is part of the Montgomery County Parent Engagement Series, an array of parent engagement workshops designed to provide families with information, answers, and resources to maximize the student educational experience. All workshops are provided at no cost to the public.

In this workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals related to building an inclusive classroom community, which means implementing practices where all students, regardless of cognitive or academic level, have opportunities to be included in the general education classroom and participating in standards-based curriculum based on their individualized educational needs.
