Schools can nominate 2 children and young people from Y7 upwards at EHCP and SEN Support levels and at all ability levels. The conference will be on the 7th November at Adams Park, High Wycombe and will be facilitated by local authority officers from the Integrated SEND Team and Family Support Service. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. A photographer will be present on the day.
This is an interactive conference where we will be seeking input from young people to help inform our future SEN support services.
