Women Power: women are THE pillar of the new economy

Women are one of the most intense driving forces of the new economy. With their “peculiar characteristics” they are in effect a precious resource on which to base the social and economic recovery of our country which has the lowest female employment rate in Europe. More female employment means greater well-being for families, but also for the whole society.

Now more than ever, it is the time to take actions in support of female employment to break the glass ceiling that prevents them from equal pay compared to their male colleagues, or the same opportunities for career advancement.

This is the time to get out of the box and to carry out that cultural revolution that society and the economy need.

The "female talent" constitutes an inestimable heritage, a tangible value capable of improving and innovating the organizations in which women work and in which, with equal merit than men, they must be able to access leadership positions.

The target? A gender equality that is truly such in which the contribution of women to growth becomes strategic for the development of a more sustainable and productive economy.
