Mum's Memorable Recipes

Good food is at the heart of many homes, and that was certainly the case for Lisa and Phil Stratford and their three children, Sophie, Molly and Luke.

When Lisa was diagnosed with terminal cancer, the couple decided to put together a lasting legacy for their children - a cook book packed with special moments, memories, handwritten notes and of course, recipes.

“I’ve been a patient in the ANCHOR Unit for 16 years and the progress that’s been made in cancer care and support in that time is tremendous.

When you’re in the ward, you really see the difference that Friends of ANCHOR makes, and I wanted to put something back in. We’ve been fundraising for years and we’re so happy to have raised well over £30,000 since we began."
