Sponsored walks in Memory of my brother Peter

I'm raising money in aid of Ty Hafan Ltd.  

In memory of my little brother Peter, who was born in September 2010 and passed away suddenly at Tyhafan in Dec 2019 at the age of 9.  

This opportunity to remember Peter on the month he was born raising money for the place he loved the most with sponsored walks 15 ,10 , 5 and 1 mile starting on 1st September. 

Emily has also signed up for the 2.5 mile sponsored walk.

More information about Ty Hafan Ltd: Ty Hafan offers care, comfort and support for children in Wales who suffer from conditions which mean that they will not reach adulthood, and includes family support and bereavement counselling. This service is completely free to all the families that use Ty Hafan and currently costs over 4 million pounds a year. Please help us to make a difference for these children and their families.
