The Recovery and Resilience Plan

The Recovery and Resilience Plan (the RRP) is a national programme of reforms and investments to mitigate the economic and social impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in Slovenia and to contribute to the goals of the REPowerEU Plan to reduce dependence on Russian fossil fuels and fast forward the green transition. The planned measures will support long-term sustainable growth and address the challenges of the green and digital transition by 2026.

The RRP is the basis for the use of the Recovery and Resilience Facility, which is financially the largest part of Europe’s recovery and resilience package NextGenerationEU, and of financial resources to achieve the objectives of the REPowerEU plan.

The Slovenian RRP, together with the plans of other Member States, will contribute to promoting the economic, social and territorial cohesion of the European Union.
