A progress update on the Agricultural Transition Plan which sets out the changes we are making to agricultural policy in England.

It covers further details of the early rollout of the Sustainable Farming Incentive ahead of the scheme opening in Spring 2022. This includes eligibility and how farmers can be rewarded through the scheme.
