Applications for small-scale project can be submitted at anytime, the application system is always open for small-scale projects.
The normal procedure is that small-scale projects are selected by the Steering Committees through written procedures. You can await a decision within 6-8 weeks. However, the very first small-scale project applications will be selected by the Steering Committees in their first meeting in November 2022 where they are to select both regular and small-scale projects.
So, if you wish to receive a decision by November 2022, please send your application for a small-scale project no later than the 30 September. Applications for small-scale projects that are submitted after the 30 September will be selected by the Steering Committees through written procedure continuously throughout the years.
