Since March Rockinghorse has seen supporters pull out all the stops to help us continue being there for Royal Alexandra Childrens Hospital, Trevor Mann Baby Unit and all the other services we support across Sussex.

We are so grateful to everyone who has raised money throughout the coronavirus pandemic. However, just when it felt like there was some light at the end of the tunnel in terms of being able to organise a program of fundraising events throughout the county, the new Rule of 6 has seen the cancellation or re-postponement of the vast majority of events planned for the last few months of 2020.

The charity are now asking people to Remember Rockinghorse so we are able to carry on the invaluable work we do providing life-saving equipment and vital services for thousands of babies and children across the county. Without your ongoing support, we will find it increasingly difficult raise the funds we need.

- Virtual Quiz or Games Night

- Sponsored Run or Sports Challenge

- Sponsored personal challenge - grow a beard or shave your head

- Stoptober - Can you ask people to sponsor you to give something up for the month of October?

At School / Work

- Scare-olympics - Set up a Halloween themed sports day or games day. Charge people to sign-up and encourage them to wear fancy dress or incoprorate a spooky fun run and ask for sponsorship.
