St Ann’s hospice provided amazing end of life care for Ayshers parents and I know they’ve helped thousands of other people who’ve needed looking after at their most vunerable stage of life.

I’ve wanted to raise money for St Ann’s for a while now but couldn’t think of a good enough challenge to justify asking people to support me on. I figured an Ironman triathlon would be a good start so I’m heading to Spain to spend the 16th July suffering around the following;

🏊‍♂️ 3900m / 2.4 miles

🚴 180km / 112 miles

🏃‍♂️ 42.2km / 26.2 miles

Total 140.6 miles, it seemed fitting to make my goal £1406 pounds. Anything you can give to support this wonderful charity would be very much appreciated x
