Accessing the Money & Housing Advice Service

If you require advice and support on any issues relating to money, funding and private sector housing please use our new online form to register with the service for email advice or to arrange an appointment.  Over the summer our Adviceline is operating daily at specified times 020 7848 7002, please use this if you need to speak to us more urgently. 

Accessing the Visa & International Student Advice team

If you require advice and support on any issues relating to visa, immigration and international student support you can use the following options:

Search our webpages and online guide books to help you prepare your visa application in the UK or overseas.

Advice by telephone - Via our dedicated Adviceline 020 7848 7001 full details including timetable on the link, please note this is subject to change

Advice by email - Available to all students, including offer holders and recent graduates, however to help us capture all the information needed to advise you fully it would be helpful if you could complete our online enquiry.  Please note most enquiries can be resolved via email and may not require an appointment but please confirm your availbility should we need to meet with you.

We can also pass on your query to another team within King's or our external partners if you give us consent to do so at the end of this form

Please note if an appointment is not necessary to resolve your case we will provide full advice via email or signpost you to a more suitable service.  Appointments are at the discretion of the advisors based on the nature and complexity of the case. Please note that advice for prospective students is usually by email or telephone only.
