About the webinar

In this webinar Dr Michela Tinelli will present the application of performance analysis and data science to support Out-Of-Hospital Care (OOHC) for people experiencing homelessness. This work is part of the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) funded national evaluation of OOHC.

The webinar will be of particular interest to managers, service leads, commissioners, policy makers, and others who need data to inform policy, practice and funding decisions.

Dr Michela Tinelli is from the Care Policy Evaluation Centre at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Her research is concerned with the evaluation of patient experience and the socio-economic impact of health and social care services for harder to serve populations. She develops cost and outcome performance platforms to support person-centred care and to inform policy and practice decisions.

The page for this project on the LSE website carries much more information and access to the beta dashboards.

Michela is leading the economic evaluation of health and housing-led systems for people experiencing homelessness and has an NIHR SSCR Leadership Fellowship, looking at Discrete Choice Experiments to support better decision making in social care for homelessness.

This event, which takes place on MS Teams only, is part of our Homelessness series, organised out of the NIHR Health and Social Care Workforce Research Unit, King's College London.
