I had the privilege to moderate with Serena Caucci this great session and learn multiple hints on HOW, WHEN and for WHAT to engage stakeholder in research projects. Among the obvious but important to remember messages 1️⃣ On the HOW. Be prepared, you need skills and be ready to listen before proposing what is relevant.  2️⃣ on the WHEN. Find the right momentum and timing. If you land at the right time (e.g. policy is being revised, a strategic decision needs to be made, etc) your chances to be listened and get stakeholders on board will ⬆️ 3️⃣ for WHAT. There must be something also to gain for stakeholders.
