Liaise with Railfreight DG Maggie Simpson on my progress with negotiations with Greek shipping owners and getting digital signalling going to cater for increased freight distribution from UK ports where I got Bonded Container & freeport legislation through House of Lords see Lord Erroll. Attracting Chinese trade Herman Wang chair of UK trade with China. & Lord West. Regards Peter mcbeath
Great to see as I have a meeting organised with Greek shipping owners following successful trials coming to UK ports to expand their unloading in UK ports instead of EU ports worth £10's bn pa to UK plc. Peter mcbeath
An excellent piece of work. I hope it will inspire Australian governments to emulate, for the reasons described in this article: https://infralegal.com.au/risk-allocation-reset-for-transport-projects/
Very aspirational and collaborative.
A very interesting read, hopefully its aspiration with turn into reality. Good to see the focus both on managing risk throughout projects' lifecycles and on optimising and reporting outcomes and benefits achieved post-construction.
Love this. Great to see the playbook outlining the key role that construction will play in aiding UK recovery from the pandemic too.
Great to see more focus placed on outcomes and value. Construction-related public procurement in 2021 and beyond will no doubt benefit greatly from such guidance.
