We have always taken pride in our inclusive employment, but this month, all of our energy has been directed to creating equal access in the process.
Our process is truly about taking down all barriers.
The trade off, we will spend time talking to a lot more candidates, luckily we are so proud of what we do. We love sharing it.
The reward , we get to know people who would never fill in an application form, write a covering letter, put a tie on and anxiously sit in the waiting room anticipating to be asked about their greatest weakness.

🟠Team members with EHCP’s for various reasons.
🔵Teaching assistants who are looking for part time work.
🟠People starting their own businesses and need some security while it grows.
🔵Young apprentices starting their coaching journey.
A vast majority of these people wouldn’t have gone through a traditional process.
As we look to break down more barriers to employment we continue to get to work with great people who aren’t on the job boards.
