Growing Stronger with STADA - Celebrating the Grow Story of George Johnston
As Head of Marketing at Natures Aid, George Johnston joined STADA in October 2019, bringing with him a wealth of expertise in brand marketing. Since then, George has played a vital role in the development of the STADA Natures Aid CHC business, taking on responsibility for a portfolio of 6 brands and over 200 SKUs with passion and dedication.
George introduced core brand fundamentals and campaigns for all key brands, placing sustainability at the heart of everything we do with the removal of non-essential packaging, introduction of RPet, and sustainability projects into our new product development pipeline. With an increased focus on our E-commerce business, Natures Aid has built market-leading E-commerce activation, doubling the scale of its E-commerce sales. During this time, the Natures Aid brand expanded its international footprint to 60 countries worldwide, and in 2021 was awarded the Queen's Award for International Trade.
Leading an in-house creative team, which drives creativity, business efficiency, and agility within STADA.
George has also played a pivotal role in developing One STADA connections, participating in both the 'Ready to Grow' and 'Keep Growing' programs.
