At Edonia, we've had the opportunity to participate in various acceleration programs, but one stands out as particularly crucial in our launch: the EIT Food Seedbed Incubator (by the European Union). This program enabled us to conduct an in-depth and efficient market exploration over this past summer. We carried out over 100 qualitative interviews with industry professionals, which allowed us to deeply understand our market and accordingly define our positioning. The insights we gained are invaluable and Strengthen our confidence in our product’ market fit. A huge thank you to Juan Ignacio Zaffora and the entire EIT Food team for the quality of this program! And of course, a special shout-out to our amazing coaches, Mariano Oto and Lorraine Allen , for your dedication and support. By 2050, we will need to feed 10 billion people worldwide: a challenge that our current #FoodSystem is woefully unprepared for. 🌍 Intensive agricultural practices have led to soil degradation and biodiversity loss. Which foods have the largest impact on #ClimateChange❓ On average, meat & dairy have the biggest climate footprint per gram of protein, while plant-based foods tend to have the smallest impact. 👇🌍🌱 With the need to develop healthier and more #SustainableFood products, the introduction of new foods could be key to the transformation of our #FoodSystem.
