Mental health issues affect one in four people at some point in their lives, and can have a significant impact on employees – often leading to prolonged absences from the workplace. In a time when hybrid working is now common, what can employers - as well as employees and managers - do to suport mental health in the workplace? Find out in the latest episode of the Re:search Re:imagined podcast, where two experts from Nottingham Business School, Zara Whysall and Steve Brown, offer actionable insights and guidance on how to create a positive culture of mental health at work.
