If you are feeling stressed and anxious and want to learn a simple but powerful technique to help you feel more relaxed and calm then this short course is right for you. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or tapping sends calming messages to the brain and there are now over 100 scientific studies proving the effectiveness of the technique. Learners will be shown the method so that they then have a free tool at their fingertips – literally – to help them to feel calmer whenever they feel stressed or anxious.
