Norwood Road Vets

Changes to our Services

Here at Norwood Road Vets, we have always taken pride in providing an excellent level of care to our clients and pets. Over the past two years, we have seen increased pressures within our profession, which has led to shortages of veterinary staff. As a result, we are currently prioritising urgent cases. This may delay routine appointments so please contact us in advance for any routine services.

As we are dedicated to providing an excellent service to our clients and patients, there will be changes to the current way in which we provide our services. This will help to support our team with minimal interruption or delay to your pet's care.

Please familiarise yourself with these updates below:

  • Our experienced Reception and Nursing team will continue to be on hand to answer any queries and for collection of long-term medication, shop products and parasite treatments.
  • We have a Client Hub on our website where you can see our opening times, access our video vet service, pay online and much more. Take a look here
  • Repeat Prescriptions, emails and non-urgent phone calls will be responded to within 72 hours
  • If your pet is due a booster vaccination, these will be booked in 3 months after their due date. The manufacturer recommends that boosters are done within six months of the due date so, there is nothing to worry about. However, if the booster vaccine is required urgently for kennels or travel, please give us a call

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and would like to say a big thanks to you, our wonderful clients, for your continued support and understanding during this time.
