The SEHA junior competition is a grass roots, club-based, mixed gender competition, for SEHA clubs. The competition is open to other clubs and interested parties, to enter teams as they desire. It provides A & B graded competition for teams in U9's to U18's. Primarily a Saturday morning comp, there are some Friday night games in the older age groups (U16 & 18's), as the schedule dictates.
2024 Junior Competition Season
A trial round will be held at Moorebank on Sat 16 March, starting at 8:00am. Teams will play at least 2 x short games against different opponents for grading purposes.
Season will commence on the weekend of Fri 22 / Sat 23 March. (15 Rounds)
Finals Series: 3 Rounds (GF 15 Sept)

The comp is run mainly on a home & away basis, utilising SEHA grounds where possible. Non SEHA clubs participating may be allocated home games, where available. Grand Finals are hosted by SEHA clubs on a rotational basis.

2023 Grand Final Booklet
There are two versions:
- Booklet print – print double-sided (3 sheets) and folder over in the middle to form a booklet.
- Normal print – print single or double sided and staple in top left corner.
