Duties:

Responsible of the maintenance of buildings under agreement with our company or own by the company
Deal with tenants concerning to the rental management of these buildings
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the department
Ensure work /operations on site are done according to quote/agreement
Establish, promote and enhance a good and long term relationship with stakeholders
Deal with Contractors / Suppliers for the planning of intervention on site
Work in close collaboration with Area Managers & land surveying team to maintain and safeguard the “patrimoine” belonging to the company
Act as primary on-site contact for tenant, clients and key stakeholders
Manage operational expenses within approved budget by monthly monitoring of expenses
Site visits with the Manager to enforce Rules & Regulations

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Degree / Diploma in Project Management or another related field will be a definite advantage
Minimum 2 years working experience in managing project works on construction sites
Be proficiency in MS Office applications
Familiar and have knowledge of land surveying
Ability to read construction drawings & site plan
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
Ability to work under pressure and long hours
Holder of a valid driving licence
