John Carlin

Journalist and writer.
I sell words for a living. I sell them in various forms and on a shamelessly broad variety of subjects: as a journalist, as an author, as a broadcaster, as a speechmaker, as a scriptwriter; on politics, wars, food, sport, tragedy, comedy, tragicomedy and, not infrequently, farce. I was born in London to a Spanish mother and a Scottish father, moved (without being consulted) to Buenos Aires when I was three, returning to the UK aged 10. More of my bio: in my web.

Lourdes Aldanondo

Trainer, Therapist, Founder of MindTouch®.
Lourdes Aldanondo is the founder of MindTouch®, a therapeutic method based on physical Mindfulness, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and psychosomatic techniques. She has more than 25 years of experience as a trainer in courses and workshops on an international level and practising private sessions. Co-author of the best seller "Ignite your life for women". She believes that connection is the basis of all happiness. She specialises in treating and educating about stress related problems, especially in nervous system conditions and traumas. Her method awakens each individual's confidence in their own inherent health, helping to improve connection with themselves and with their environment. She is driven by curiosity, compassion and the belief that there is always kindness in every human heart that comes her way.

Marta Marcè

Nutritionist, naturopath and communicator
When I was 26 years old I was diagnosed with advanced cancer and my "perfect" life shattered into pieces, awakening in me an interest to understand what had happened to bring my body to this point. The journey through the disease made me experience and understand how the body is a wonderful system that lives in perfect balance (health) if we respect its natural functioning. During all these years I have been trained in naturopathy and nutrition which together with my first degree, Audiovisual Communication, are the basis of my current profession: accompanying people on their way to regain their health and wellbeing, spreading the word about a healthy living and eating and sharing my experience so that many people can fall in love with their health as much as I have.
